摘要
对内循环三相生物流化床处理生活污水进行了中试研究,探讨了生物膜的形成和水力停留时间及供气量对处理效果的影响.结果表明:在气水比4:1、水力停留时间40min、进水COD150~1000mg/L条件下,平均COD去除率为89%、平均去除容积负荷为10.4kgCOD/m3·d,氧利用率为13%.
A pilot
scale experiment on the domestic wastewater treatment using an inner loop three phase
fluidized bed reactor was presented in this paper. The formation of bio film and effects of
hydraulic retention time and volumetric gas rate on efficiency of wastewater treatment were
studied. The results showed that the average COD removal rate , COD volumetric load and
oxygen utilization rate were 89%,10.4 kg COD/m 3·d and 13% respectively under the
conditions of air/wastewater ratio 4:1, HRT 40 min and the influent COD concentration of 150~
1000mg/L.
