摘要
本溢油预报微机系统针对渤海冰区。文中叙述了系统的结构,冰区溢油模拟方法及输入/输出形式。除了溢油的时间、地点、溢油量(或溢出率)等数据,用户还需输入风场条件和冰场初始条件。该系统具有特征:模拟瞬时或连续溢油源、动态图形输出显示油膜的分布及质心轨迹、界面友好、易于操作、运算快速且有效。该系统可用于溢油事故发生时进行清除决策并对于可能溢油情形进行环境影响评价。
The oil spill pridiction system, configured for operation on a personal, was developedfor ice-infested waters in the Bohai Sea. This paper states the structure of the system, a modellingmethod of oil spill in iceinfested waters and input/output form. Wind conditions and initial seaice field are input by the user besides time and location of the spill, spill volume or flow rate etc.This system has such virtue as simulate continuons or instantaneous spill, dynamic graphical out-put to show the spill distribution and tractory of the center of the oil slick, friendly interface, easyoperation, fast runing and effetively in an online. The system can be to develop the cleanup measures in the case of an actual spill and to assess possible environmental impacts of the spills.
