摘要
对大连机车车辆有限公司出口缅甸的CKD7B型机车的风机以及风道流场进行了数值仿真。结果表明,原风道结构设计,特别是隔板位置不尽合理,不同程度地存在出风量和风压不均匀情况,无法满足设计要求。针对这种情况,对原始设计进行了反复优化,经多方案对比,得到了通风性能优良、风阻小和各风道风量、风压值满足设计要求的风道结构和隔板位置。
The numerical simulatation of blower and its air duct of CKD7B diesel locomotive manufactured by Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock CO.,Ltd.,for Burma was conducted.The simulation results show that the original air duct design has some defects,in particular the distance plate position is not proper,so that the amount and pressure of air not uniformed.For this reason,the original design was optimized again,a new blower air duct design with better ventilation performance,reduced air resistance and required amount and pressure of air has been obtained.
