复合菌种协同发酵酒糟生产饲料蛋白研究 被引量:13

摘要 以笔者选育的8503和8505复合菌种为试验菌,以白酒糟为原料,经最适条件试验.确定最优条件为:培养温度30.0℃,初始pH5.5,(NH4)2SO4添加量为5mg/ml,投料量10%,接种量5%—10%,发酵期限5d.在最适条件试验的基础上,进行了5L发酵罐试验,发酵产物粗蛋白质含量由23.75%提高到35.75%,提高了11.00%,其中真蛋白质提高10.34%,粗纤维降低了2.05%,氨基酸总量由25.35%提高到40.68%,提高了15.33%. The bacterium 8503 and 8505,which have been seletively bred in the laboratory,are regarded as experimental bacteria and distillers'grains as sole raw material.through single factor experiments,the best fermentation condition to produce feed protein from distillers'gains are as follows,culture temperature 30 0℃,initial pH5—6,(NH 4) 2SO 4 5mg/ml,inoculum size 5%—10%,raw material 10%,fermentation time 5 days.According to single factor experiment about the best fermentation condition,experiment in a 5L fermenter shows that on the condition without adding other raw materials the raw protein in distillers grains are raised up to 35 75% from 23 75%,among that the pure protein is 11% higher than the original distiller's grains,and the content of fiber is 2.05% less than in the original,and total quantity of amine acid are raised up to 40.68% from 25 35%.It is 15.33% higher than the original distiller's grains.
