城市污水环境下混凝土构筑物特殊防护后耐久性分析预测 被引量:2

摘要 城市污水处理系统处于复杂的侵蚀环境中,受到生物腐蚀、化学腐蚀、物理腐蚀等多因素作用。已建及新建污水处理构筑物,为达到耐久性要求应采取必要的防护措施。以试验结果为依据,对试验采用的3种防腐方法:表面涂覆结晶类防水材料、表面涂覆非结晶类防水材料、表面涂覆硅烷类防水材料,利用GM(1,1)灰色模型对防护措施的效果进行了预测分析。试验及预测均表明表面涂覆防水材料能很好的提高混凝土构筑物的长期耐久性能。 Sewage treatment system operate in a complex environment,Bio-corrosion,chemical corrosion and physical erosion are affecting it. The Sewage treatment structures that have been completed and will be built,In order to achieve the durability requirements should take the neces- sary protective measures.Based on the experimental results,there are three kinds of anti-corrosion methods:coating crystallization materials,coat- ing non-crystallization materials,coating silanes materials.Based on GM(1,1),gray theory was established to predict the effects of anti-corrosion methods.The results show that coating water-proof material can well improve the durability of concrete structures.
