摘要
流态砂浆在炸药爆炸作用下将产生复杂的变化而固化。将流态砂浆视为弹塑性流体材料,考虑其在冲击压缩和膨胀下的状态方程,结合炸药爆炸的JWL方程,采用有限元方法数值模拟了流态砂浆在爆炸作用下的内部变形、密度和应力等的发展和分布,对流态砂浆在炸药爆炸作用下的固化过程做了详细分析,获得了空腔内流态砂浆爆炸作用下的固化变形阶段的密度变化和应力分布形态,解释了爆炸固化过程中爆炸衬砌中应力出现拉应力的原因:是源于爆炸波在土体空腔壁回弹后对砂浆的作用。
Solidifying of liquid mortar is a complex procedure under explosion.The mortar is taken as elastoplastic-liquid material with equation of state for under impact condensation and swell,and simulated numerically with finite element methods in0corporating with JWL blast equation for explosives.Internal deformation,development and distribution of density as well as stress for liquid mortar under explosion are obtained.The solidifying procedure is analyzed in detail.The reason of tensile stress in the explosive lining is origin from the action of springback of blast on liquid mortar.
