摘要 对于工程中复杂的非线性问题,基于生物免疫系统的免疫算法是一种有效的方法。介绍了利用免疫算法建立武汉地区建筑混凝土回弹测强曲线回归分析的方法和步骤。进行了多种数学函数模型的拟合回归和精度、误差等回归方程效果的检验及比较,证明其优越性。 Immune algorithm based on creature's immune system is an effective method to solve complicated nonlinear problems in engineer- ing.Some classical researches on immune algorithm are introduced and reviewed.The Q-s curve of single pile has complicated nonlinear features because the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile is affected by many factors.Based on the results of static load test of prestressed concrete pipe piles in Wuhan area,immune algorithm program is developed by MATLAB to predict the ultimate bearing capacity of prestressed concrete pipe piles.Calculation results are consistent with those from measurement.It indicates that immune algorithm has much more superiority than traditional algorithm in global optimization,nonlinear optimization,multi-parameter optimization.It will be widely applied in geotechnical engineering.
