摘要
干拌自密实混凝土是免振捣自密实混凝土的基础上发展的一种新型混凝土,它是以水泥作为基料,以高强度材料作为粗、细骨料,辅以高流态、微膨胀、抗离析等掺合料配制而成的一种具有较好抗裂性能的新型复合材料。较为系统地研究了干拌自密实混凝土的基本力学性能和抗碳化性能,试验结果表明干拌自密实混凝土的基本力学性能、耐久性能则明显优于普通混凝土。
Dry-mixing self-compacting concrete(DSCC)is a kind of new concrete which based on free-vibration.It was prepared with the ce- ment,the coarse aggregate and sand of high strength and some cement replacement materials (CRM)that was well-performing concrete with the good performance of fluidity,anti-segregation,tiny inflation and had the better crack resistance.An extensive investigation was conducted to evalu- ate the the mechanical behavior and anti-carbonization ability of DSCC,which indicate that the mechanical behavior and anti-carbonization ability of DSCC is superior to common concrete.
