介绍了德国Radiometrie公司生产的γ射线测厚仪的设备组成、探头工作原理、计算机控制系统结构和在AGC控制系统中的应用。该系统测量精度高,具有自校准功能,能够自动进行温度、合金密度的补偿,为精轧机的高质量轧制提供可靠的厚度反馈,使用该设备以来取得良好的效果。
This paper introduces the theory and structure of γ-ray measuring gauge made by Radiometrie Company,Germany.The γ-ray measuring gauge has high measuring accurancy and self-calibration function,is capable of automatic compensation with temperature and alloy density.The gauge can provide reliable backfeed thickness of plate for high accurance rolling.Therefore,the application of the gauge in plate rolling has gained good benefits.
