摘要
在实验室进行了球团配加赤泥铁粉的试验。试验结果表明:随着赤泥铁粉配比的增加生球落下强度升高,造球成球率降低,生球抗爆性能无明显变化,球团矿抗压强度降低,碱金属有害元素等增加。但在赤泥铁粉配比15%时,球团矿抗压强度和碱金属含量都能满足高炉要求,又能取得良好的经济效益,可认为是最佳配比。
Experiments of adding red mud iron powder into pelletizing feed were conducted in laboratory.The results show that with the increase of red mud iron powder ratio in the feed,the shatter index of green ball increases,the degree of balling decreases,the compress strength of pellet falls down,the alkalis in pellet increase,but the decrepitation of pellet has no obvious change.In the condition of red mud ratio 15%,the compress strength and alkalis content of pellet can essentially meet the requirements of blast furnace operation,and better benefits can be gained.This ratio of 15% red mud iron powder addition in the pelletizing feed can be considered the optimal one in given conditions.
