植物生长调节剂及复配对南果梨苗木抗寒性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究植物生长调节剂多效唑PP333、6-苄基嘌呤6-BA、复配剂(PP333+6-BA))的不同浓度对南果梨苗木生长与抗寒性的影响,为提高南果梨苗木抗寒性,扩大引种区域提供依据。以二年生南果梨嫁接苗为适材,采用盆栽试验,测定南果梨苗木生理指标的变化,找出最佳植物生长调节剂种类、浓度。结果表明:喷施植物生长调节剂PP333、6-BA和PP333+6-BA均能抑制南果梨苗木苗高生长,促进地径生长。其中,PP333对苗高的抑制作用最强,6-BA最弱;而对地径的促进作用PP333+6-BA最强,PP33最弱。喷施PP333、6-BA和PP333+6-BA能显著降低越冬过程中南果梨苗木枝条相对电导率和丙二醛含量,提高可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量。喷施浓度为450mg/L的复配剂PP333+6-BA(按体积比1:1混合),苗高适中,地径粗壮,枝条相对电导率、丙二醛含量最低,可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量最高,苗木抗寒性最强。 Object Effect of Plant Growth Regulators PP333, 6-BA, PP333+6-BA on growth and cold-resistant of Pyrus Nanguo was studied to improve cold-resistant of Pyrus Nanguo and provide a basis to introduction. Measure physiological changes of Pyres Nanguo seedling to find the best Plant Growth Regulators type and concentration with 2-year Pyrus Nanguo seedlings through Pot experiment. The results showed that: Pyrus Nanguo seedling heights were inhibited when Spraying PP333, 6-BA and PP333 +6-BA and stem diameters were promoted. Pyrus Nanguo seedling heights were inhibited strongly by PP333 and Pyrus Nanguo seedling heights were inhibited weak by 6-BA. Pyrus Nanguo seedling stem diameters were inhibited strongly by PP333+6-BA and Pyrus Nanguo seedling stem diameters were inhibited weak by PP333. Relative conductivity and MDA content of Pyrus Nanguo seedling branches were significantly reduced and soluble sugar content and proline content of Pyrus Nanguo seedling branches were increased by praying PP333, 6-BA and PP333+6- BA. Seedlings height of Pyrus Nanguo was moderate, stem diameter was enlarge, relative conductivity and MDA content was the lowest, both branches soluble sugar content and proline were the highest in spraying the concentration of 450 mg/L complex dispensing PP333 +6-BA (mixed 1:1 by volume) and seedling the cold tolerance was the strongest.
