摘要
为了探讨槟榔产量连年下降的原因,运用滴定法和比色法,分析槟榔不同种植年限和不同区域的土壤酶的活性。试验结果表明:对照区土壤酶活性高于根区的是过氧化氢酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶、还原酶、纤维素分解酶。对照区土壤酶活性高于园区的是过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、还原酶。根区土壤酶活性高于对照区的是蛋白酶。根区土壤酶活性高于园区的是酸性磷酸酶、蛋白酶。12年限槟榔根区土壤酶活性高于24年限的是过氧化氢酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、还原酶。24年限槟榔根区土壤酶活性高于12年限的是蛋白酶、纤维素分解酶。
In order to explore the reasons for the decline betel nut production year after year, using the titration method and colorimetry, it was determined for the soil enzyme activity of Areca cateehu garden in different years and different regions. The results showed that: The soil enzyme of antithesis area larger than root zone is catalase, urease, polyphenol oxidase, reductase, cellulose-decomposing enzyme. The soil enzyme of antithesis area larger than garden area is catalase, polyphenol oxidase, reductase. The soil enzyme of root zone larger than antithesis area is protease. The soil enzyme of root zone larger than garden area is the acid phosphatase enzyme, protease.Root zone soil enzyme of 12 years more than 24 years is catalase, urease, acid phosphatase, reductase. Root zone soil enzyme of 24 years more than 12 years is the protease, cellulose-decomposing enzyme.
