摘要
为了给碱性保健农产品的开发提供理论依据,测定了不同盐碱度土壤及其产出的蔬菜、谷物、畜产品中所含碱性金属离子的含量。结果发现碱性土壤及其产出的蔬菜含有的碱性金属离子的量明显高于中性土壤和酸性土壤;不同酸碱度土壤上产出的谷物和畜产品中所含碱性金属离子的量差异不明显。碱性土壤上产出的蔬菜具有碱性保健农产品开发潜力,谷物和畜产品无碱性保健品特征。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for development alkaline health agriculture products with health care,metal ions were detected in the acid soil,alkaline soil and vegetables,grain,animal products. The results showed that the alkaline metal ions in alkaline soil were significantly higher than that in acidic soil. The alkaline metal ions in several vegetable on saline soil were significantly higher than that on acid soil. The alkaline metal ions grains and animal products on alkaline soil and acidic soil were not obviously different. The vegetable in alkaline soil could be alkaline health agriculture products with health care for development and production,but the grains and animal products could not.
