摘要 介绍了电石法氯乙烯合成生产中氯化汞催化剂的损耗情况,指出了降低汞消耗是电石法PVC行业发展的迫切任务,阐明了转化器泄漏对汞消耗增加的严重影响,提出了降低汞消耗的综合措施。 The losses of mercury chloride catalysts in the synthesis of vinyl chloride by calcium carbide method were introduced. It was indicated that it was an urgent task to reduce mercury consumption for the development of PVC industry by calcium carbide method. The important influences of the leakage of converters on the increase of mercury consumption were explained. Comprehensive measures for reducing mercury consumption were proposed.
