摘要
介绍了一种用于影像测量仪32路自动可调四色光源的新设计。在常规光源基础上扩大分区,加入红绿蓝三基色光。光源系统包括上、下光源和手持控制盒,上、下光源由不同颜色的LED组成,并按不同的排列方式和密度构成32路分区。通过程序控制调节,实现对光线强度的数字控制和颜色的组合控制,满足影像测量对光线强度和颜色的各种需求,以求达到最佳效果。对光源系统的总体结构、控制系统的硬件部分及光源本体的结构也进行了介绍。
The article gives an introduction on a creative design of a 32 phases auto-adjustable lamp-house of image measurement instrument, which is added the red, green and blue base shade and enlarged the district. The lamp-house system includes top and bottom light source, which are formed by different color LED, and a hand-held control box. The arrangement of the different composition and density build up the 32-phase partition. It can be programmed to adjust to achieve digital control and meet the imaging measurement of light intensity and color, in order to achieve the best results. The overall structure of the lamp-house system, the hardware of the control system and the structure of the lamp-house are discussed.
