摘要
介绍旋转编码器性能自动检测系统的工作原理、硬件设计和软件设计。利用运动控制技术,以20位高精度增量式光电轴角编码器为基准元件,该系统可自动完成对14位以下的旋转编码器性能的检测。
The working principle, hardware design and software design of the automatic detection system of the rotary encoder performance are described in this article. The proposed system can automatically complete the performance detection of all kinds of encoders less than 14-bit can be detect by using motion control technology in taking a 20-bit incremental encoder as the reference element.
