摘要
分析了HC可逆式单机架六辊轧机的液压弯辊控制系统,针对该轧机的弯辊控制系统在投入使用时以及在正、负弯辊切换时容易出现弯辊力瞬间最大而造成带钢断带现象,对比德国某公司五机架六辊连轧机的工作辊液压弯辊控制系统,找出并解决了HC轧机弯辊控制系统设计上存在的潜在问题。
The hydraulic roll bending control system of HC reversing single stand six-high mill is examined in this paper. Compared to a German company five stand six-high tandem mill work roll bending hydraulic control system, the author finds out the reason that the strip was often broken caused by bending force twinkling maximum when the mill bending control system is put into use as well as in positive and negative bending switching, and work out the potential problems in the mill bending control system design.
