摘要 利用Solidworks软件对全向侧面叉车车架进行实体建模,并将模型导入Altair HyperWorks软件中。在HyperMesh模块中建立有限元模型并进行多工况静力学分析。以shell单元为基础单元,建立采用梁单元和RBE2刚性单元焊接方法的车架有限元模型,分析车架的强度及刚度,为全向侧面叉车车架的设计提供参考数据。 The entity model of frame of sideway Forklift was set up by SolidWorks software, which is from HELI and imports the model to Hyperworks software of Altair. In HyperMesh module, the finite element model of flat tow truck frame was set up and the statics analysis on multiple working conditions was carried out. Based on shell element, beam and the rigid element of rbe2, the finite element model of frame is set up, also the strength analysis has been done which provides the basis for optimization design.
