摘要 本试验以新疆羊肉的羊前腿或后腿瘦肉为原料,经过加工研制出香味浓郁、风味独特、营养丰富的特色麻辣羊肉肉松。 In this study, Xinjiang mutton or goat forelegs back as raw meat, processed meat made with dried meat floss characteristics.
