摘要
天线作为雷达的重要组成部件,其结构刚强度是否满足技术指标的要求对整体性能有着及其重要的影响。抛物面天线的口面面积较大,风载荷成为影响天线性能最重要的载荷,所以对风载荷下的天线进行研究是非常必要的。从实际的技术指标出发,对某毫米波测云雷达的天线进行了风载荷分析,简化天线结构并建立有限元模型,对两个关键风速下的模型进行了应力应变的分析,验证了天线的设计可靠性,并为天线以后的设计和优化提供了重要的依据。
As one of the most important components of radar, the strength of the antenna satisfying technical requirements will influence the performance of radar. Paraboloid antenna always has a big aperture area, so wind load becomes the biggest load of antenna, and the study on antenna under the wind load is necessary. From the real technical requirements, this paper studies the antenna of a millimeter wave radar. It analyzed the wind load, the structure and established the finite element model. The analysis of stress and deformation for two kinds of most important wind loads are carried out. The reliability of the antenna is verified. The resuhs could be used as reference for the design and optimization of the future antenna.
