摘要
当配合部件(轴及壳体)为铝合金材料时,容易因配合选择不当引起轴承打滑。结合某机载设备轴承配合的实例,深入分析了配合部件为铝合金材料时轴承打滑的机理,比较了不同材质配合部件及不同配合公差的实际使用效果。对于铝合金配合部件的轴承配合给出了一些有益的建议,并简要讨论了防止打滑的措施。
When fittings( axis and bearing housing)materials are aluminum alloy, bearing creep pnenomenon often happens because of improper fitting. The mechanism of bearing creep with aluminum alloy fittings is analyzed in this paper from the engineering practice of an airborne avionics. The impacts of different fitting tolerance and different materials of fittings are compared. This paper also suggests how to select optimum bearing fitting with aluminum alloy and briefly discusses some methods to avoid creep.
