电磁法勘探解释分布式并行计算的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在地球物理资源勘探应用中,电磁场的有限元法二维构造或三维构造的解释软件目前都采用的是单机计算,由于其数据量大并且计算时间长,高性能计算能力的系统才能满足应用的需要,因此给出了一种使用局域网上的闲置CPU资源协同实现的高性能计算的解决方案。研究了基于经济可行的局域网实现电磁法勘探解释的分布式并行计算系统,解决了其单机计算时间长、计算结果难以实时可视化等科学计算问题。该研究已经在地球物理应用领域产生巨大的应用价值,推动了电磁法勘探解释计算技术的进步。 Monolithic computing is adopted in most of scientific computing for geophysical exploration explaining at present,for example,interpreted software of 2 dimension’s or 3 dimension’s electromagnetic field finite element method(EFFEM).On account of monolithic computing of these software with a mass of data to spend a lot of time,so the high performance computing system is needed.HPC via cooperation of otiose CPU based on local area network(LAN) is presented.Therefore,scientific computing problems such as a long time computing,visualized hard data etc is solved as long as having studied distributed parallel computing(DPC) of EFFEM explaining based on economic and feasible LAN.The production has of great worth in geophysical application area and impels forward development for computing technique in electromagnetic field exploration explaining area.
