应急飞行保障仿真与资源配置优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为制定合理的机场应急飞行保障预案,利用仿真优化技术对多事故并发系统的应急资源配置进行研究。分析了应急飞行保障模型的功能结构及其实现原理,利用Arena建立了两起事故并发的应急飞行保障仿真模型。基于此模型,使用OptQuest实现了应急资源配置的优化,分析了在资源配置是使用重分配策略对应急响应效果的影响。研究结果表明,采用重分配策略后得到优化的资源配置方式,应急响应时间缩短了11.65分钟,效率提高30.7%。 In order to improve the efficiency of the emergency flight support plan for airport,the emergency resource allocation is researched using the modeling and optimization technology.An emergency flight support model of two-incidences is built after the functional structure and the principles are analyzed.Then,the emergency resource allocation is optimized and the impact of resource redeployment strategy on the efficiency of emergency support is analyzed.The results of the given example show that the response time is reduced by 11.65min,and the efficiency is improved by 30.7%.
