摘要
推力波动直接影响直线永磁无刷直流电机的加速性能,而齿槽定位力和不规则的反电势波形是推力波动的主要来源。提出了通过磁极错位来减小齿槽定位力的方法,分析了该方法对反电势波形的影响,用直接力控制方法实现了对推力波动的综合补偿。系统仿真的结果表明,所提方法可以有效减小推力波动。
The accelerating performance of a linear permanent magnet BLDCM(LPMBLDCM) is strongly related with its thrust fluctuation. Two main sources of the thrust fluctuation are cogging force and nonideal trapezoidal back EMF. A magnets-staggered technique was proposed to reduce the cogging force, the influence of this technique on back EMF waveform was analyzed, and a direct force control method was introduced to achieve synthesis compensation of the thrust fluctuation. System simulation results show that the proposed method reduces the thrust fluctuation significantly.
