摘要
先后选用1至3片非晶Fe46.3Co0.03Ni46.5Si3.75V0.92B2.5合金薄带作样品,插入13层密绕直螺线管内,分别在高静水压容器内和其他四种不同环境中测量它们的磁化曲线、磁导率曲线和起始磁化曲线,再次研究了初级线圈采用多层直螺线管对铁镍合金样品的误差。(1)实验结果表明:既存在样品材料被磁化而形成的退磁场H’,也存在漏磁通引起周围铁器磁化而形成的退磁场H″。(2)为了缩小H’的影响,只用1片非晶合金薄带作样品时,H″的影响变得严重,导致μm和μi出现惊人的误差:Δμm/μm=50%,Δμi/μi=104%。(3)为了综合兼顾这两种影响,采用3片非晶合金薄带作样品时,虽然H’的影响增大一点,但是H″的影响被更多地削弱,所以环境磁化引起的误差反而减小:Δμm/μm=29%,Δμi/μi=155%。
In order to investigate the errors of the primary coil with multiple electric solenoid,we selected 2 samples using different slice number( n =1,3) of amorphous alloy Fe 46.3 Co 0.03 Ni 46.5 Si 3.75 V 0.92 B 2.5 ribbon,inserted into the 13 layers electric solenoid and measured the magnetization,magnetic permeability curve and initial magnetization curves,separatly,in the hydrostatic pressure vessel and under other four different ambient conditions.(1)We find that there exist both a demagnetic field H ′ of the magnetized sample and a demagnetic field H ″ of the neighbor iron magnetized by leakage flux.(2) To reduce the influence of H ′ ,we take 1 slice of amorphous alloy ribbon as the sample,but the influence of H ″ becomes serious as the errors of μ m and μ i increase to Δ μ m/ μ m=50%,Δ μ i/ μ i=104%.(3) Comprehensively taking into account these two influences,we take 3 slices of amorphous alloy ribbon as the sample,although the influence of H ′ increases a little,the influence of H ″ is weakened significantly,so the errors of μ m and μ i decrease to Δ μ m/ μ m=29%,Δ μ i/ μ i=15 5%.
