摘要 DNA条形码通过使用短的DNA标准片段,对物种进行快速、准确的识别和鉴定。文中简略概述DNA条形码的主要研究方法、进展趋势以及所面临的困难和争议、全球采用条形码技术的可能性及当前DNA条形码热点研究等方面内容,并展望该技术在国内的应用前景。 The DNA barcode technology enables rapid,accurate detection and identification of species through the use of short standardized DNA fragments.This paper reviews the major research methods,advancing progress and current difficulties and controversies of DNA barcodes,the possibility of global adoption of this technology and the highlights in the DNA barcode research at the present,and analyzes the prospect of domestic application of this technology.
