摘要
近年来,镇海炼化在原油加工量和劣质原油不断增加的情况下,通过采用脱油沥青造气制氢,催化重整装置采用性能更好的催化剂和加热炉火嘴改造,实施全厂含氢气体膜法分离和变压吸附法提纯等技术,满足了全厂用氢需要,以轻油为原料的蒸汽转化制氢装置生产的氢气占全厂氢气的消耗比例也大幅降低,极大地降低了生产成本。
In recent years,under the situation that crude oil processing amount and bad oil amount continuously increases,Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company meets the needs of hydrogen from all the units of the refinery by following measures:hydrogen production by deoiling asphalt gasification,using catalyst better in performance and heater burner renovation in catalytic reforming units and implementing all-factory hydrogen-containing gas membrane separation and PSA purification.At the same time,the consumption proportion of hydrogen from steam reforming hydrogen production units in all-factory hydrogen decreases by a large margin and the production cost greatly reduces.
