摘要 传统学生评价存在诸多弊端,在"应试教育"向"素质教育"转轨的现当代,以成功智力理论为指导改革传统学生评价体制,摆脱传统智力观念桎梏,树立生生都能成功的理念;减少学业智力比重,注重对创造性智力和实践性智力的评价;弱化甄别功能,建立激励的评价机制;改变测验为主的评价方式,采用三元评估模式。这对实践"为了每一个学生的发展"新课程理念具有重要的指导意义。 There are many drawbacks of traditional students' evaluation during the contemporary transition from "examination-oriented education"to"quality education".How to reform the traditional student evaluation system under the guide of the theory of successful intelligence, get rid of the shackles of the traditional concept of intelligence and establish the concept that every student can success is very importance. Learning to reduce the proportion of academic intelligence, focus on the assessment of the creative intelligence and the practical intelligence; weaken the screening function, establish an incentive evaluation mechanisms; change the test-based evaluation method, use the triple assessment model, all of these have an important guiding significance to the concept of the new curriculum of "to each student' s development".
