摘要
本文运用SWOT分析法,剖析了疗养院实施临床护理路径的优势与劣势,探讨了疗养院实施临床护理路径所面临的机遇以及挑战,并提出了相应的策略措施,以期更好地推动疗养专科护理事业的发展,满足人们的健康需求。
By using SWOT analysis,the article analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of implementing the clinical nursing pathway in the sanatorium,and discussed the opportunities and threats of such practice the sanatorium was facing.Countermeasures were put forward for the purpose of promoting the development of the specialized nursing in the sanatorium so as to meet the people＇s needs of health.
