医院科技成果转化的建议

Technology Transfer in Hospitals

目的通过对临床科主任、临床医务人员、科研人员,以及科研管理人员的科技成果转化需求分析,探讨促进医院科技成果转化的实行方案。方法定性研究与定量研究相结合。定性研究采用小组访谈;定量研究采用二次资料分析及问卷调查。结果合作渠道不畅、资金支持不足及缺乏培训,是影响科技成果转化的主要因素。结论医疗卫生机构加大科技成果转化的培训力度、建立科研平台、加大资金支持,有助于科技成果转化率的提高。

Objective Based on this interviews from clinical directors,clinical staffs,research staffs,as well as the management of scientific research and technological achievements into needs analysis,explore the methods to get better effect of scientific and technological achievements transfer.Methods Secondary data analysis,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used in this study.Results That lack of cooperation,funds and training were the impacts to scientific and technological achievements transfer.Conclusion Enhancing their training programs,establishing scientific research platform,and increasing funding support will help medical and health care institutions to improve the effect of transfer.
