军队护理人员战备能力分析

Analysis on Combat Readiness Ability of Military Nurses

目的对军队护理人员战备能力进行调查,获得军队护理人员战备能力相关数据资料,并探讨提高军队护理人员战备能力。方法利用军队护理人员战备能力评估量表,采用目的性抽样方法,对9所军队医院703名护理人员进行横断面调查,对调查结果采用描述性统计分析。结果军队护理人员的临床护理能力为中等能力,军事行动护理能力和战士/生存能力为少量能力,对与战备相关事宜持赞同态度。结论整体上军队护理人员的战备能力需较大程度的提高;管理者应重视平时和战时与护理人员能力发挥相关的因素。

Objective To investigate the battle readiness ability of military nurses for obtaining the basic data and discuss how to improve nurse readiness ability.Methods By purpose sampling 703 nurses in 9 military hospitals were investigate with the readiness ability estimate scale of military nurses.Descriptive statistics were adopted to analyze the dimensions and items of the scale.Results Clinical nursing competency was moderate;operational nursing and soldier/survival skills are minimal,nurses had moderately agreement in relevant readiness.Conclusion Battle readiness ability of military hospital nurses should be strengthened greatly and managers should pay attention to accommodative arrangement and deployment not only in peace but also at war time.
