Systemic sclerosis is an autoimmune disease with complex pathogenesis. There are many applicable treatments for systemic sclerosis, such as vasodilation, immunosuppressant, anti - fibrosis agent and plasmapheresis. Because pregnancy is in a special period, cure must consider safety of the mother and fetus and effectiveness of drugs and treatments. Pregnancy comp]icated with systemic sclerosis diagnosis and treatments are reviewed.
