皮质醇增多症合并妊娠较为罕见。多为肾上腺肿瘤引起,其次为垂体依赖性Cushing综合征。通常合并子痫前期和糖尿病,常被误诊。该病会导致不良的妊娠结局,因此早期的诊断和治疗很重要。诊断妊娠合并皮质醇增多症相对困难。外科手术治疗为首选。

Cushing＇s syndrome （CS） during pregnancy is a rare condition. Adrenal adenomas were the commonest cause, followed by Cushing ＇s disease. The diagnosis of CS during pregnancy is much more difficult. Misdiagnosis of CS is also common, as the syndrome may be easily confused with preeclampsia or gestational diabetes. Because CS during pregnancy is usually associated with severe maternal and fetal complications, its early diagnosis and treatment are critical. Surgery is the treatment of choice for CS in pregnancy, perhaps in the late third trimester, with medical therapy being a second choice.
