摘要
目的检测转化生长因子β(TGF-β1)和Smad4在子宫内膜病变中表达情况,探讨其与子宫内膜癌变发生的关系。方法免疫组化(SP)法检测在正常增殖期子宫内膜(NE,n=30)、复杂增生子宫内膜(CH,n=31)、不典型增生子宫内膜(AH,n=45)及子宫内膜腺癌(EC,n=41)中转化生长因子β和Smad4的表达情况。结果转化生长因子β在NE组到EC组的表达呈升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时其在腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤肌层浸润深度及分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。而Smad4在EC组中阳性表达率明显低于NE组,差异亦具统计学意义(P<0.05);其与腺癌肌层浸润呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论转化生长因子β及Smad4与子宫内膜腺癌发生、演进密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of transforming growth factor-beta ( TGF-β1 ) and Smad4 in endometrial lesions, and to explore the relationship between TGF-β1 and Smad4 with the occurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma (EC). Methods To investigate the expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad4 using immunohistochemistry in normal proliferative endometrium (NE , n = 30), complex hyperplasia (CH ,n = 31 ), atypical hyperplasia (AH ,n =45), and endometrial adenocarcinoma (EC,n = 41 ). Results The expression of TGF-β1 was significantly higher in EC than that in NE, (P 〈0.05 ). Expression of TGF-β1 was significantly correlated with tumor grade and myometrial invasion of EC (P 〈 0. 05). And the expression level of Smad4 was significantly lower in EC than that in NE (P 〈 0.05 ). Expression of Smad4 was significantly correlated with myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions TGF-β1 and Smad4 may be closely associated with tumor genesis and pathobiological behaviors of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
