On the Interest Root of Administration Ethical Anomie

当前,我国正处于社会转型时期,各种利益相互交织、甚至相互冲突,利益间的冲突引发了公共行政领域的一系列问题,行政伦理失范是其中的一个方面。本文从个体利益角度、公共利益角度及个体利益和公共利益互动的角度对这一问题加以分析,以探寻我国当前行政伦理失范的利益根源。

At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, and all sorts of interests mutu- ally are intertwining, and even conflicting. The confliction between all kinds of interests caused a series of questions in the field of public administration administration ethical anomie is one of them. From the angle of the individual interests, public interests and the interactive movement between individual interests and public interests,this paper tries to explore the interest root of administration ethical anomie in our country current.
