Basic Connotation of Ecological Transforming of Industrial System and Support Mechanism in China

产业生态转型是一个创造新的人工生态和经济社会系统的生态化过程,在这一过程中,人们为产业系统创造一个新的范式,将人造系统纳入自然生态系统中,逐步实现由线性系统向循环系统转变。为此,通过利用综合分析法,分析产业生态转型的基本内涵、推进层次和推进结构;探讨并建立了产业生态转型的生态产业建设机制、循环经济建设机制、生态产业园区建设机制和清洁生产机制的基本框架。

Industrial ecological transforming is an ecological process which creats new artificial ecological system and economic society system.In this process,the human being creates a new model for the industrial system,in order to integrate the natural ecosystem and the industrial system,and to realize gradually transformation of industrial system from the linear system to the circulatory system.This paper analyzes basic connotation of industrial ecological transforming,implementation levels and structures based on comprehensive analytic method.Authors discussed and established the framework of industrial ecological reforming mechanism including eco-industry construction mechanism,the circulation economic development mechanism,the eco-industrical park construction mechanism,and the clean production mechanism.
