Construction of Informational Community Based upon Public Management

社区信息化在增强管理效能,提高社区居民生活水平中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了正确认识社区信息化,把握其建设、运行和管理的内在规律,寻找一条良性发展道路,分别从社区信息化和公共管理的内在联系——社区服务入手,探讨了信息化对社区建设的影响,分析了社区信息化进展中暴露的基础建设、管理现状和人员及服务等问题,提出提升社区信息化水平的措施。

The informational community plays an increasingly important role in enhancing management effectiveness and improving the living standards of the residents.In order to understand the informational community correctly,grasp the inherent law of its construction,operation and management,and find a healthy developmental path,this article starts with the inherent links of the informational community and public management—community service,then explores the information on the impact of community building,and analyzes the problems that are exposed in the progress of informational community.
