摘要
目的探讨病案管理过程中的服务模式,理解主动服务的理念,提升管理工作的服务水平。方法通过优化工作流程、运用科学技术以及提升自身业务能力等多方面,将主动服务的理念融入管理工作。结果多种"主动服务"的工作方法行之有效,提升了病案管理工作的服务质量。结论主动服务的理念促进病案管理工作的内涵提升,更是对医院医疗服务质量和管理水平的提升。
Objective To investigate service models in medical records management and learn about active service concept for improvement of service level in management.Methods Active service concept was integrated into management with optimizing work flow,utilizing scientific technologies and enhancing their professional capacities.Results A variety of work methods of "active service" were effective,enhancing service quality of medical records management.Conclusion The active service concept not only improves the connotation of medical records management,but also for the improvement of medical service quality and management of a hospital.
