新灰色关联法对高额住院费用的影响因素分析

Apply New Grey Relational Analysis to Explore Influential factors of High Hospitalization Costs

目的分析了解本院近4年来高额住院费用的影响因素及发展态势,为合理控制高额住院费用提供量化的评价依据及有意义的参考。方法运用新灰色关联分析法,结合Excel汇总分析本院2006-2009年住院费用大于10万元的626例患者住院费用的9类构成进行定量分析。结果分析结果显示,治疗费用是影响高额住院费用的最主要的因素,其次是药费。结论新灰色关联法能为系统发展变化的态势提供量化提供指标,方法可靠、合理,适合因素间关联度的衡量及动态历程分析。

Objective To explore influential factors and development tendency of high hospitalization costs in recent 4years in our hospital,and provide quantitative evaluation criterion and significant reference for reasonable control of high hospitalization costs.Methods Quantitative analysis was conducted on composition of 9 hospitalization costs of 626 patients with costs more than 100 thousand from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital with new grey relational analysis,combing with Excel pooled analysis.Results Analysis showed that treatment costs were the leading factors influencing high hospitalization costs,followed by drugs costs.Conclusion The new grey relational analysis can provide quantitative indicators for systematically varying development profile with reliable and reasonable methods,which is suitable for dynamic analysis on correlation between factors.
