摘要
目的了解壮族住院疾病谱基本情况及变化趋势,探讨疾病监控重点。方法应用帕累托图对2009年度住院疾病谱进行统计分析。结果消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病等为主要病种。结论分析住院病人疾病构成特点,可有效的优化医疗资源配置,提高人群健康水平。
Objective To understand basic conditions and variation trends of disease spectrum of Zhuang inpatients in order to investigate the focuses of disease surveillance and control.Methods Statistical analysis was done on disease spectrum in 2009 in a hospital with pareto diagram.Results The leading diseases were digestive diseases,respiratory diseases,circulatory diseases and urinary system diseases.Conclusion Characteristics of disease composition of inpatients are analyzed,which can effectively optimize medical resources allocation for improvement of population health level.
