金属板料冲压加工中的摩擦与润滑研究

Study on Friction and Lubrication in Sheet Metal Forming Processes

讨论了金属板料与模具接触表面上的“边界摩擦”状态，提出了应根据不同的材质、变形方式及程度等采用不同的润滑剂配方，并阐述了润滑剂各主要组分在冲压加工中的作用。研究了广泛应用于板料加工中的湿膜润滑剂的成膜原理。介绍了自制的分别应用于不锈钢薄板深、浅拉深成形的两种水基润滑剂。

The boundary friction status on the interface of sheet metal and die surface was discussed. The different lubricant recipes are used for different materials, deformation modes and deformation degrees. The main effect of commonly used lubricants on the sheet metal forming is given. The filming principles of the wet film lubricants widely used in sheet metal forming are studied. This paper also gives two kinds of water_based lubricants widely used in deep and shallow drawing processes of stainless steel sheet metals.
