摘要
采用三维弹塑性有限元数值分析方法,研究了采用弹性模量较高的酚醛树脂和弹性模量较低的丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的胶焊接头中,焊点直径对应力分布的影响。
Using3_D elastoplastic finite element analysis(FEA)method, the effect of weld spot diameter on stress distribution in weldbonded joints is numerically analyzed. The joints are made with two types of adhesives respectively, one phenolic resin with higher elastic modulus and the other acrylic adhesive with lower elastic modulus.
