摘要
本文选Ni为涂层材料,采用ANSYS热分析方法在无限大碳钢面上模拟研究了热喷涂的物理过程.重点讨论了热喷涂过程中特定位置温度随时间的变化规律对变形的影响及因此对涂层接合点径向应力进行了分析.并对此高强涂层抗拉结合强度进行评价.对应不同涂层材料和工艺参数,借助有限单元法对涂层/基体交界面上的应力分布进行了分析,为正确评价涂层/基体的结合强度提供了依据.
In this Article,Literary selections Ni is an enamel , adopt ANSYS to heat up analysis method physics simulating the hot spraying having studied on carbon steel surface in infinity process. Concentrate on having discussed that hot spraying has analysed an impact of the temperature change law with time over deformation and has carried out analysis on radial coating junction point strain therefore in process. And, the tensile bond strength carries out valuation on this be master of coating. Corresponding different enamel and technological parameter, draw support from finite element methods to coating/base the body has a common boundary surface strain distribution has carried out analysis , the bond strength that the base appraising coating/experiences and observes has provided a basis to rightness
