内蒙古奈曼旗水资源现状分析及其利用

Analysis of Water Resources in Naiman County

通辽市奈曼地处科尔沁沙地腹地,属贫水区,近年来,水资源危机已经发生,干旱、水土流失、土地沙化、生态环境恶化严重.缺水和自然降水利用不足严重制约着奈曼的经济发展、社会进步和人民生活.本文从五个方面论证了该地区水资源利用的基础、途径及其自然降水资源存留保护的迫切性、可行性和效能效益问题.

Naiman is located in the sand of Keerqin which belongs to poor water areas. These years water resources is reaching crisis proportions and there is deterioration of ecological environment such as drought, soil erosion, land desertification and so on .Water shortage and underutilization of the natural precipitation has become the bottleneck of economic development, social progress,and the people＇s living standards of Naiman. This paper offers five brief arguments about the utility of water resource in the region in terms of the foundation,ways,and the questions of urgency, feasibility and effectiveness of natural water resources protection.
