摘要 本文从原料、贮存方式及青贮体系中的微生物应用等方面阐述了青贮饲料的发展现状,着重讨论了分子生物学方法PCR-DGGE及16S rDNA在青贮微生物体系研究中的应用. The situation of silage raw material, storage and the microbc in the silage system was expounded in this text, also the applications of the PCR-DGGE and 16SrDNA in the silage microbe system was discussed.
