摘要
随着资源环境与经济发展的矛盾日益突出,发展低碳经济不仅是可持续发展的内在要求,也是应对气候变化、参与国际竞争的客观需要,更是结构调整、产业升级的主攻方向和紧迫任务。本文在全球气候变化带来更多商业风险和商业机遇的大背景下,论述了发展低碳经济与金融创新的互动效应,探讨了我国发展低碳经济与金融创新面临的机遇和挑战,并提出了相应的政策建议。
With the worsening conflicts between natural environment and economic development, developing low-earbon economy is not only an internal demand for sustainable development, but also an objective need to meet the climate change, and to participate in international competition. Moreover, it is also an urgent task for structural readjustment, and industry upgrade. Against the major baekground of commercial risks and commercial opportunities brought up by global climate change, after addressing the interactive effects between developing low-carbon economy and financial innovation, this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges on the way of developing low-carbon economy and financial innovation, and brings forward corresponding suggestions.
