摘要
文章在第四次省级图书馆评估标准的基础上,从总体上比较了第三次和第四次省级图书馆评估标准的区别,探讨了新标准给省级图书馆带来的加强核心竞争力建设、古籍保护、馆际合作、文化共享工程建设和发展服务理念五方面的启示,并对评估标准存在的不足进行了思考和改进。
The paper, based on the Standard for the 4th Provincial Library Evaluation, analyzes the differences between the 3rd and the 4th version, explores the enlightenment from the new one on enhancing core-- competitiveness, protection of ancient books, interlibrary cooperation, construction of Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project as well as the service concept developing. The paper also bears the authors＇ reflection and advice on the shortcomings of the Standard.
