摘要
本文介绍了香港大学电子资源发展政策的缘起、框架,并对电子资源的采选制度、电子资源的管理服务等内容进行分析,总结出高校图书馆在制定电子资源发展政策时应注意的几点:保持电子资源发展政策的独立性,设立结构合理的专门机构,及时修订发展政策。
The article describes the origin and frameworks of electronic resources collection development policy of Hong Kong University Library, and analyzes the content of selection guidelines, selection responsibilities, acquisition process, and sums up several points we should pay attention to： formulating an independent electronic resources development policy, establishi.ng a specialized committee, amending the policy timely.
