摘要
在高等教育强国背景下,研究了提高高等教育质量的重要性,论述了高等教育质量的内涵,提出了人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的三维质量观。认为要从人才培养、科学研究和社会服务3个方面全面提高高等教育的质量,处理好三者的关系,其中人才培养是高等教育质量的核心。同时,要建立高等教育强国质量观,其中加强质量文化建设是提高高等教育质量的灵魂。
In the view of higher education powering nation,we research the importance of improving the higher education quantity,elaborate the intension of higher education quality,and put forward a new three-D quality sense,namely,personnel training,science research and social service.The quality of the three aspects should be the focus of improving higher education.Among the three aspects,talent cultivation is the core.The quality sense of higher education powering nation should be built and the construction of quality culture is the key to improving higher education quality.
