场域的力量:高校位置分层的社会学分析——兼论布尔迪厄《国家精英》

Strength of Field:Sociological Analysis for University "Position" Lamination——On "The State Nobility" by Pierre Bourdieu

高校场域中的位置分层是各种资本数量、质量、结构所带来的必然结果,同时场域中的相应位置又会带来一定的资本,即经济资本、文化资本和社会资本,由此可见场域之间是有差异的,这种差异表现为高校之间和内部学业机制的差异。同时高校场域与外部的权利场域通过相互交融以及高校场域内部此消彼长的互动,促使高校运作机制更为有效。

The high school field＇s position lamination has an inevitable relationship with quantity,the quality and structure of all kinds of capital.Simultaneously the relevant position in the field will bring certain capital,namely the economical capital,the cultural capital and the social capital.Thus difference appears between the fields and this kind of difference is that of internal studies mechanism and exists between universities.The university running mechanism can be facilitated to be more efficient by the blend of university field and external authority field,and the interaction of the strengths inside university field.
